III – Disposições Finais:
1 – É de responsabilidade do candidato:
1.1 – Acompanhar, por meio do site da Diretoria de Ensino (https://deleste2.educacao.sp.gov.br), as publicações correspondentes a este Processo.
1.2 – A veracidade das informações e a exatidão das declarações e regularidade de documentos.
2- Caso alguma informação ou dado prestado no processo de inscrição não seja devidamente comprovado pelo candidato no momento da atribuição, o integrante do Quadro do Magistério será desclassificado.
2.1 – A constatação de falsidade, irregularidade ou inexatidão de dados ou documentos, ainda que verificadas posteriormente, acarretarão a eliminação do candidato do Processo, anulando-se todos os atos decorrentes da inscrição.
2.2- Caso o candidato verifique que está em lista diversa do processo seletivo, a comissão de atribuição fará retificação manualmente mediante a comprovação de inscrição -2025.
3 – Os casos omissos serão resolvidos pela Diretoria de Ensino – Região Leste 2, após consulta à Coordenadoria de Gestão de Recursos Humanos – CGRH, conforme o caso.
4- Documentos que o candidato deverá apresentar no momento da atribuição:
4.1 Declaração da escola, das aulas atribuídas com seus respectivos horários de 2025.
4.2- Comprovante de inscrição de atribuição de Classes e Aulas 2025- emitido pela SED
4.3- Documento de Identificação com foto.
4.4- Somente participará da atribuição o candidato com contrato “O” ATIVO
5- Regras para atribuição de PROATI em Diretoria diversa da inscrição conforme documento orientador PROATI.
5.1-O candidato em Interrupção de exercício poderá ser PROATI deverá manifestar interesse em aulas até completar sua carga horária de opção, inclusive em Diretoria diversa da inscrição, uma vez que não possui aulas atribuídas.
5.2- O docente que tem aulas atribuídas na Diretoria A e optou por se inscrever na Diretoria B – A inscrição PROATI deverá ser cancelada.
5.3- O docente que tem aulas atribuídas em duas Diretorias A e B – Poderá ser atendido na Diretoria da Inscrição. Verificar a possibilidade do trajeto, se tem compatibilidade de horário, podendo somente declinar de 20 aulas.
5.4- É vedada a troca de Projetos e Programas da pasta da SEDUC para exercer a função de PROATI.
